January 22nd Meeting – Cisco Emulation
New Time and New Location

First I’d like to announce our new officers

President – Will Hayden
Vice President – Carlos Rodriguez
Treasurer – Efrain Berdecia/Tina White
Secretary – David Cross

Please note our new location and new time, we will be meeting at the office of Nexsen Pruet at 1230 Main Street. Please check the web site for directions and parking instructions.

Also we will be meeting on the 4th Thursday of the month instead of the 3rd Thursday of the month unless noted. I will try to have a schedule of the year complete and on the web site in the coming month.

The January 22nd meeting will be on Cisco Emulation. I will be demonstrating how to emulate Cisco routers on your PC by using GNS3 and Dynamips/ Dynagen as well as other options.  We will have some Cisco books to give away.

The meeting will be from 12:00 – 2:00 at Nexsen Pruet at 1230 Main Street.

I will send out another reminder about the meeting next month.

Our new Vice-President has recently had his first published article.   The article is in the “International Legal Technology Association” magazine and it discusses POE options.  I would like to congratulate Carlos on a great job and welcome him as a new officer in the user group.  Here is a copy of the article.
